We perform daily and periodic services in Olathe, Overland Park, Lenexa, Shawnee and Gardner, Kansas. We do not bill travel surcharges within these five cities.
What commercial facilities do you clean every day?

Do you have specific protocols for medical offices?
Yes. We follow OSHA bloodborne-pathogen standards, CDC infection-control guidelines and use EPA List N hospital-grade disinfectants that are safe around electronics. Quarterly audits are included at no cost.
Can you handle post-construction debris and hazardous dust?
Yes. We pull final debris, HEPA-filter vacuum all surfaces, remove paint overspray and do interior & exterior window detailing in a single mobilization. GCs use us for punch-list pass-off.
Are your cleaning chemicals OSHA/EPA compliant and fragrance-free?
All chemicals are Green Seal 37 certified or EPA Safer Choice. Fragrance-free and low-VOC products are available upon request
How do you price—by square foot or by task list?
We start with a free on-site assessment, then quote a flat monthly rate that bundles the exact scope (daily janitorial 5x/week, weekly window cleaning, etc.). Price only changes if the square footage or frequency changes.
Do your cleaners undergo background checks?
Every team member passes national, county and drug screening through AccuSource; copies are emailed to you before the first scheduled clean.
How do you track quality?
We use the CleanCheck QR scanning system: managers do weekly micro-inspections; a simple client portal displays timestamps and deficiency notes. Missed tasks are remedied within 24 hours at no cost.
